In a world that shifts more and more towards its darkest nature its never been more important to be capable of defending yourself.
For 25+ years I worked in the private security industry in a number of very much front line roles. Having been ivolved in a variety of conflicts ranging from weapon crime, theft and detentions, tresspass and person removal and many signcifcantly more violent instances I found very quickly that more traditional martial arts and often combat sports I had practiced were found lacking.
What I have studied and then developed is a system of direct, no-nonsense protection skills designed, with training, to limit the risks of injury when dealing with any level of conflict.

With current Control and Restraint training the risk of injury to the Frontline Operatives is too great. This is where Professional Protection step in to fill that unnaceptable void.
My security career spanned 25+ years and with well over 800 incidents of managing physical conflict I am well positioned to tell you what does and doesn’t work and the safest ways to restrain and control people and also manage the build up to any confrontational incident.
Learn with me that its safety first and always all other considerations take a back seat. Learn that avoidance and support where necessary is a must.
Then learn when push comes to shove to act quickly and decisively then again making yourself safe.

​I am a highly experienced and skilled Educator of Exercise and Movement for Sport, Physique Development, Movement and I’m a Life Changing Coach with a background in Pain Management and injury Pre and Rehabilitation.
I work both logistically and site based, currently at SnapFitness in Exeter, Devon UK.

Where exercise may be the customers first focus on meeting with me its then followed by a Movement and Health Assessment with your first coaching package tailored for any improvements and corrections needed for existing health, lifestyle and any movement issues. These are identified and corrected until you can look, feel, move and function like you want to.
